Why OwnerMap
Your inbox already did the data entry
Other business tools start with a blank form, and a week later you’re back in Gmail. OwnerMap starts with the invoices, quotes, renewals and receipts already in your mail, and files each one where it matters.

How it works
From sign-in to the full picture in half an hour
- 1
Sign in with Google
Your name, email and photo, nothing more. No password to invent, no forms, no setup wizard.
- 2
Connect Gmail, read-only
One Google consent screen. OwnerMap reads the last 90 days of mail, then new mail as it arrives. It never sends, deletes or changes a message on its own.
- 3
Watch it fill in, or walk away
Stay and see what it finds, or leave and get an email when it’s done. It fills in your business profile from your mail (name, address, phone, your accountant) for you to check, and your dashboard is ready.
Product
Three jobs it takes off your plate on day one
Get paid
Chase the money without writing the email
OwnerMap matches the invoices you sent with the payments that came back, so you see exactly who is late and by how long.
- Friendly, firm or final: pick the tone
- Preview every message before you send it
- Sent from your own Gmail, so clients reply to you
Reply faster
A reply already written, the way you’d write it
OwnerMap finds the threads that need an answer and drafts one for each. It learns your greeting, sign-off and length from your sent mail.
- Send as is, edit first, or skip
- 5 seconds to take a sent reply back
- Goes into the same thread, from your mailbox
Stay ahead
Never miss a renewal buried in an attachment
Insurance, licences, permits, registrations and tax dates, pulled from your mail and sorted by what needs you first. Contracts are read clause by clause.
- What’s due in the next 14 days, and what’s coming in 90
- Auto-renewal traps and missing insurance flagged
- Every contract summarised: parties, amount, term

Every contract, receipt and certificate from your mail, each with a short summary.
An address book you never typed
Clients, vendors and subs, labelled, with phone numbers from their signatures.
W-9s before January

A to-do list that listens
Email yourself “call Harrison Friday” and it shows up as a task.
Who it’s for
Built around the way you already work
Trust
Read-only by default. Nothing goes out without you.
It’s your inbox, and your clients are in it. OwnerMap is built so you always know what it reads, what it keeps and what it sends.
Read-only Gmail
OwnerMap can read your mail, not send it. Sending needs a separate OK, asked the first time you send.
You approve every send
Each reminder and reply is shown to you first and goes from your own mailbox, so clients see your address.
Email text isn’t kept
Each message is read, processed and discarded. OwnerMap keeps the sender, subject, date and Gmail’s preview line, plus the attachments it files for you.
Private and encrypted
Your files are encrypted and open only through private links that expire. Nothing is ever public.
Read exactly how OwnerMap uses the data it gets from Google, and how to leave.
See your business the way your inbox sees it
Connect Gmail, and in about half an hour you’ll know who owes you, what’s due and what’s waiting on you.
- No credit card
- Read-only access
- Leave any time
Does it replace QuickBooks?
No, and it doesn’t try to. OwnerMap is not accounting software. It shows you what your mail and bank statements say about money coming in and going out, so you and your accountant start from the same picture.
What exactly does it read?
The last 90 days of mail when you connect, then new mail as it arrives. Each message is read to find invoices, payments, dates and documents, and then the body is discarded. OwnerMap keeps the sender, recipients, subject, date and Gmail’s preview line, plus the attachments it files for you.
Will it ever send an email on its own?
No. Two things can go from your mailbox (a payment reminder and a reply in an existing thread), and each one is shown to you and sent only after you confirm it. The assistant can’t write to someone new.
Who else sees my data?
To sort and understand your mail, OwnerMap sends message details to its AI providers, Anthropic and OpenAI, and stores files on Amazon Web Services. Our privacy policy explains what we share with providers like these.
What if it doesn’t find much?
You won’t get an empty screen. You’ll see what was scanned and what to do next: upload a bank statement or drop in your documents, and the assistant works from those.
What does it cost?
It’s free while OwnerMap is in early access, with no card needed. We’ll share pricing well before anything changes, and you decide then whether to stay.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, in your phone’s browser. There’s no app to install yet.
How do I leave?
Disconnect Gmail in Settings, or from your Google account, and OwnerMap stops reading at once. Export your data first if you want a copy, then delete your account in Settings, and your account and every stored file are deleted.
